Hand Care / Spinning Warmup

Someone should come up with a comprehensive warm-up
1-5 minutes long that can help your fingers get ready to spin. as many times when you pick up the pen your hands don;'t have the right "feel" until a few minutes/hours of spinning.
This wouldn't have to be aesthitically pleasing, or even a combo at all. Many people, I think simply start off practicing and perhaps doing simple combos.
others do finger exercises to loosen up the hands.
A finger pass and shadow warm-up with a few rise/fall combinations seems like it'd get a wide variety of tricks under control before actually beginning spinning.
finger fitness warmups?
What do you do to warm up before spinning? -

I learned this finger exercise somewhere around here that helps teach finger independence and it's a great warm up to do before spinning seriously.

Preform sonic rise and fall a few times. Then do a bakfall. And lastly a twisted sonic bust x2 or x3 then a FL TA x2 or x3. This warms me up and I'm totally redy to spin after this
