Try Greg Irvin's finger fitness. It's very good and it's fun too. Also in lesson 10 he shows some funny things to do with fingers.. =)

There are many ways to strengthen your fingers and adding flexibility to it, but be aware, strong fingers are not going to help your spinning very much if at all,,

This is a very good idea, Hanon exercises help a lot (not just with finger strength, but also with piano playing). Tankard exercises help as well.

This is kind of weird, it's something I did while I was bored and I'm not sure how good it actually is, but I started spinning a flashlight. A medium sized mag lite with batteries is really really heavy on your fingers, and you can feel the tension doing all sorts of sonics.
After 5 min or so you should stop and relax your fingers, and then maybe do it again. I did it for a pretty long period. This may be unhealthy...
How effective is this? I really don't know. All I know is I have 0 flexibility and strength issues. -

Play piano or guitar. Do pull ups, rock climbing, weight lifting. Hope this will help.
There are people who can lift themselves using pinky! I wonder how they do it. -
