Try Greg Irvin's finger fitness. It's very good and it's fun too. Also in lesson 10 he shows some funny things to do with fingers.. =)

There are many ways to strengthen your fingers and adding flexibility to it, but be aware, strong fingers are not going to help your spinning very much if at all,,

I just do fingerpasses with something very long and heavy (metal stick for example), it makes my fingers more powerfull.

Play scales on the piano, or do Hanon exercises.

This is a very good idea, Hanon exercises help a lot (not just with finger strength, but also with piano playing wink.gif ). Tankard exercises help as well.

This is kind of weird, it's something I did while I was bored and I'm not sure how good it actually is, but I started spinning a flashlight. A medium sized mag lite with batteries is really really heavy on your fingers, and you can feel the tension doing all sorts of sonics.
After 5 min or so you should stop and relax your fingers, and then maybe do it again. I did it for a pretty long period. This may be unhealthy...

How effective is this? I really don't know. All I know is I have 0 flexibility and strength issues.

Play piano or guitar. Do pull ups, rock climbing, weight lifting. Hope this will help.

There are people who can lift themselves using pinky! I wonder how they do it.
