Hand Care / Stiff Hands + Spinning

Yeah stiff hands on cold days. What things could we do to help loosen up our hands when you wanna do pen spinning on cold days? ... I find it hard spinning on cold days. idk I've tried soaking my hand in warm water ... it loosen up a bit but not enough for me to spin. I'm still a beginner so I'm still doing those simple tricks which don't require too much hand movement. So yeah ... any ideas or things you do when your hand is just refusing to pick up that pen and start spinning tricks?

The best solution is to don't let it get cold in the first place =P. However, it is understandable that there are some circumstances where it unavoidable.
I'm not such a great spinner myself, and when it comes to these freezing mornings, I just stick with TA harmonics or Sonic harmonics =].
You could try keeping your hands warm with gloves, or spin with them on xD. Or just do the old breathe-into-palms-of-hand crap everyone else does, which gives you a moment of warmth T_T -

Do fingerpass for warm up?
It works for me. But still I will have the gripping part only...

when i have stiff or dry hands, i rub my hands + nivea cream + some fingerpasses, sonics...
it works
edit/ yeah, and i dont think that the warm water is good solution, you will be have dry hands after water... -
