    Hi,

I started serious PSing a week ago and since it i've been practising really hard (like 7h/day) to learn the fundamentals and all...
After the 4th day (when i finally started to do sonic smoothly) my hands started to pain hard. Well informed this could mean arthritis I stopped PSing for a day and started to do some hand excercises (like chinese steel balls) and the pain seemed to stop.
Passed 2 days i resumed my PSing activities and my hand seemed to be stucked, with slow reactions and now i'm having problems to do faster techs (especially sonic based ones and TA rev).
Do you have any hints for what i can do to recover my hand's flexibility and speed?

    Thanks
    Jacobä

Adding a question to this thread, how many hours do u recomend for me to practice to keep evolving without damage my fingers?
