I don't have any lotion right now, and I remember there was some discussion a few years ago about cod liver oil helping with joints?

    Any suggestions/comments?

I find just washing your hands often helps. Lotion I find makes my hands too slippery.

Actually, a steamer of some sort helps. Warmth and slight dampness makes the perfect combo. A little clogne is also good, for the crowd.
Also, turn the water SUPER HOT in the sink, add some lotion, any type, and bathe your hand. It's sort of relaxing your muscles from all that twisting and turning. You can also try acupuncture, but with a proffesional.

i use the skin so soft stuff from avon and that does just enough to keep my hands moisturized without being slippery

    Preferred lotion/Supplements...these...

dont be shocked by the upholstery cleaner, its just like some foam to wash sofas and leather...it makes my hand moist but not too sticky.
