Hand Care / Carpal Tunnel

i might have it idk yet

    whenever i go to the wiper's reverse to the thumbflap charge reverse, somewhere slightly above my wrist starts to sting mellow.gif could this mean that i have carpal tunnel symptom..... if i do how should i heal it? and should i stop pen spinning for a while so that it won't damage even more... i don't want to ruin my love of pen spinning and baseball so yea please help. picture will be up of where it starts to sting

    How long has it been stinging? Sometimes I get these random pains but they disappear after a day or two.

    sometimes my fingers hurt, but i just bend the back a bit (not popping) and the pain eventually goes away, and if the pain in your wrist hurts for a long time, the it might be carpotunnel or tendonitus , but you might want to go see as doctor just in case ^^

    You haven't replied lately so I'm guessing your hand is alright now?

    Nevertheless, I would suggest warming up/stretching before doing anything strenuous with your hands. Do you pitch with your left as well? If it hurts, try taking a break from baseball for a while, then see if there is an improvement. If there is, then there is probably something wrong with the way you play, maybe you don't warm up enough. Hope this helps.

    QFT. If you throw a breaking pitch, there's always a chance that you can tweak muscles in your arm. Especially when you're trowing breaking pitches which require a lot of wrist snap.

    yeah my hand is i better now and breaking pitch really doesn't need that much wrist snap tongue.gif
    wrist snap is like the cheapo way and it has its cons to it but no worries i only throw a fastball and a change up so...

    um carpel tunnel is if you get like...that feeling of when you hit your funny bone at your wrist.
    if u have that then u need sugery.

    i sometimes have a feeling of hitting the bone that connects the wrist to thumb when i bend it to much, does it means that i have it? or it is just normal
