My finger is bruising up.

Ive been practicing Charge trick for 3 hours and my finger is bruised lol dont know how but it is

It's bound to happen since your hand isnt used to having pressure push on the side of your finger. Same thing happens when you try new sports/activities since you're body isnt used to the new movement/contact. Take a break, practice a different trick. After your hand heals it should be more "durable" so to say and will probably not bruise anymore on that spot.

Yea after a day or two it will be fine. And then your fingers will be all tough and more durable for charge.
